What you can consult

Three official sources, one search engine.

Mission

Making the law clear, for everyone.

Our mission is to centralize, structure and make Haitian legal information accessible, helping everyone quickly identify the applicable sources of law. By bringing together on a single platform the legislation, the publications of the Moniteur and administrative circulars, Lam offers simplified, reliable and modern access to the law.

Beyond a simple search engine, Lam aims to democratize access to the law. By facilitating access to comprehensive, organized legal information, the platform helps strengthen transparency, legal certainty, equality before the law and the rule of law.

Disclaimer

The documents available on Lam are not official texts. They are a reproduction of the texts published in the Moniteur and by the Bank of the Republic of Haiti. Consulting this database is not a substitute for the official versions published by the Presses Nationales d’Haïti, the BRH and other state authorities. In the event of any discrepancy, the latest published versions prevail. Lam provides legal information for documentary purposes, not legal advice; use of the Platform creates no attorney-client relationship.

Centralized sources

Find legislation, case law, circulars, legal doctrine, finance laws and the publications of the Moniteur all in one place.

Structured information

Every document is classified, indexed and linked to relevant information to make legal research and analysis easier.

Simplified access to the law

A platform designed to help professionals, institutions and citizens access Haitian legal information more easily.
